Procedures
- 1.0 Introduction:
F-1 offers a proven program of web site
analysis, advanced technology, and expertise to deliver global market
coverage and high Search Engine positioning. Our clients enjoy
well-indexed high profile URL placement on numerous major and specialty
search engines / directories worldwide. F-1 offers 4 distinct
levels of service. Each level is composed of two phases, Set up and
Maintenance. Set up is a series of procedures designed to optimize web
site performance. Maintenance involves continuous meta-tag
re-configuration, placement monitoring, and re- submission for Internet
Search Engine coverage and highly ranked Web Site positioning.
- 1.1 SOHO Level

Keywords/Phrases - 1 URL Composing site description title copy Adjusting
HTML to enhance site performance (head section HTML only) Conduct
keyword / phrase research and compose meta tags for optimal performance
Submitting client’s site to major Search Engines / Directories for
placement Monitoring initial submission Initiate FFA Program
(Classifieds, Links, Yellow pages) Compiling and delivering submission
logs for verification. Registraton includes the Major Search Engines
including Msn, AOL, Yahoo, Hotbot, and Google. 1 hour phone consultation
Initial set up - $250
- Monthly Maintenance includes: WebSite re-submission where necessary,
FFA Program (Links and Classifieds) $125 monthly Payment due in full,
1st of each month
- 1.2 Level One
Registration and Approval for F-1 is
required before the processes can begin. An invoice for these services
will be generated at this point, billing within a 30 day period.
Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements will also be initiated. The client
must agree to allow F-1 limited access to site content to
determine the scope of the registration process. Client Profile Form
must be completed and forwarded to Ferris one Enterprises.
- Research and Competitor Overview
Quantify existing data and
examine site content for actual relevance. Conduct Market research along
channels pertaining to client's service or product. Conduct a competitor
evaluation and perform advanced keyword, meta-tag and terminology
research to determine optimal configuration for initial site
submission.
- Technical Research
Employ all automated software available to
determine overall algorithmic viability in the current Internet Market.
Ferris One will accomplish an HTML feasibility survey to determine
site's submission compatibility. F-1 will implement necessary
reorganization and reformatting of relevant data (i.e. meta tags, search
related data and html) for site submission. All data will be evaluated
before initial Level 1 site submission.

F-1 submits sites to the most popular and
dominant search engines, directories and compiling engines. Search

F-1 will monitor, evaluate and re-submit as
necessary to gain placement in the aforementioned search engines,
directories and compiling engines. A brief report of successful URL
registration will be available via email. Client consultation available
upon request. Return e-mail (i.e. Spam and search-related material)
shall be compiled and archived by F-1.
- 1.3 Level Two
After confirmation of initial placements Ferris One
will evaluate current placements for market effectiveness and position.
Level two is broader based multi-dimensional campaign utilizing a
layered re-submission approach.

coverage. F-1 will also develop and produce additional HTML pages
and links as needed for the technical layer submission. Level Two
submission is an engine specific process. Monitoring of all listings to
assure successful placement and market coverage will complete the Level
Two process.
- 1.4 Level Three
A Level 3-submission/placement procedure is
designed to produce highly ranked URL placements on major and minor
Search Engines/Directories.

Level 3 is a multi-level all out
submission procedure consisting of 4 additional technical elements.

categories
- 4. Advanced online site tracking/reporting
(Complete Site Traffic
Analysis Report available online, updated weekly) We will be
submitting to 102 popular search engines/Directories, many specialty
engines, thousands of classifieds, FFA's, and links.
- Level 3 Monthly Maintenance
- a. Continuous submission to all Free Classifieds in appropriate
category.
- b. Continuous submission to all Free for All pages [FFA's].
- c. Continuous submission to Shoppers Malls in relevant category.
- d. Monitoring site placements and re-submit when necessary
- e. Monitoring and maintaining multiple URL Placements in available
categories
Additional custom services, consultation and marketing
available at $100 per hour. Client with advanced notice may terminate
any service. A 30 day advanced written notice will be
required. F-1 does not submit to pay Internet Resources unless
reimbursed by client in advance. All Express Business packages, pay per
click, pay to submit, and banner ads must be negotiated in advance or
accomplished by client.
